We receive many requests for an introductory program that allows companies to begin rating properties before launching a full rating program. Our Basic Services provides some essential tools and valuable resources to help you while also being cost-effective. The subscription rate is an annual fee.

The Basic Services includes the following items:  

• Resort Rating Specialists Basic Furnishing Standards for vacation rentals. This twelve-page document is updated annually and includes our recommended inventory for kitchen and housewares.  
• We recommend including this document with all new management contracts. For existing contracts we encourage you to send an updated version out annually to remind owners of your expectations for their property.
• Resort Rating Specialists Basic Rating Checklist helps standardize procedures and ensures greater consistency when reviewing your rental units.
• Resort Rating Specialists Description of Ratings. This document provides a general description of our rating categories. It is also posted on our website.
• Resort Rating Specialists Membership Plaque (optional - additional fee) assures guests and homeowners that you are committed to providing quality vacation properties.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If we rate your properties or conduct one of our In-house Training programs during the same calendar year then the cost of the subscription will be credited toward those fees.
