Liza Hogan, Founder and President, started the company in 1996 and has been a featured speaker on industry trends at many conference and association meetings. Prior to founding Resort Rating Specialists, Liza spent years in real estate and renovating properties. Her credentials include over 20 years experience in real estate, marketing resort properties, and a background in art and design. Liza has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado for 24 years and has achieved the National Association of Realtors Resort Second Home Property Specialist designation.
